Miguel Moura Creative Studios (“we”, “us”), Portugal, respects your privacy. This page explains the little data this site handles and why.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally a brand name and message. We use this information for one purpose only: to read your inquiry and reply to it. The message is delivered to us by email through our sending provider (Resend). We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to any mailing list.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It is cookieless and aggregated — it does not identify you personally, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle our correspondence and any project that follows from it, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask at any time what data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion. Email creative@miguelmoura.pt and we will take care of it.
